At Blue Sky Outdoor Living, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our fire pits and outdoor accessories. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for processing.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
